Greetings,

IBC is a Lebanese company that built owns and operates an MSW treatment plant in Saida with a capacity of 300 tons/day that may go up to 450 tons/day in one year time. The plant treats the organic component anerobically. The final residue is organic fertilizer that is used in eco-farming.

we are hoping to locate know how and equipment to setup an organic fertilizer plant in Lebanon. Hence we need to purchase a complete line for pelleted organic fertilizer production.

The output of our digestion process, our raw material, is a compost-like material which contains organic carbon as well as nutrients like nitrogen and phosphate.
The product of the process is 58400t/a fresh material behind presses with 30% Dry Solid. The Maturation degree is 3-4 after digestion.

We are interested to learn more about this process, the technology, different stages, needed additions (NPK), the output (quality, quantity, selling price), the cost of production and the budget for needed equipment.
